At 9:34am on Sunday, 3 May, we received reports of an incident on The Ring in Bracknell.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ascot and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered five people trapped in a lift. Firefighters used small gear to safely rescue all five people from the lift.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 25 minutes.
