At 11:51am on Sunday, 28 June, we received reports of an incident on Benett Close in Newbury.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Newbury Fire Station was sent to the scene.
On arrival, the crew discovered one person trapped on an elevated work platform. Firefighters rescued the person using the platform’s emergency lowering mechanism.
The crew were at the scene for approximately 15 minutes.
