At 6:58pm on Thursday, 24 September, we received reports of an incident on Brunel Way in Slough.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene.

On arrival, crews found and rescued three people who were trapped in a lift.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 15 minutes.
