At 2:22pm on Tuesday, 22 September, we received reports of an incident on Fosters Lane in Woodley.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Wokingham fire stations were sent to the scene.
On arrival, crews found and rescued three people who were trapped in a lift.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 25 minutes.
