At 7:31pm on Thursday, 25 June, we received a call from Thames Valley Police to reports of a road traffic collision on Sunninghill Road in Ascot.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Bracknell and Ascot fire stations were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a collision involving three cars. Crews placed one person in the care of South Central Ambulance Service, before rescuing another person from a vehicle and placing them in the care of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS).

Crews were on scene for approximately one hour and 11 minutes.
