Road traffic collision in Maidenhead

At 4.36pm on Tuesday, 31 January, we were called by South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) to reports of a road traffic collision on Furze Platt Road, Maidenhead.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Maidenhead and Windsor fire stations were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. Unfortunately, one person was trapped inside one of the vehicles.

Crews worked to release the person from the vehicle, before placing them into the care of SCAS.

Crews were on the scene for approximately 36 minutes.
