At 3:37pm on Tuesday, 9 June, we received a call from Thames Valley Police to reports of a road traffic collision on Northern Way in Reading.

One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Whitley Wood Fire Station was sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, the crew found a collision involving one car. The crew made the scene safe and gave two people immediate emergency care, before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service and handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.

The crew were on scene for approximately 32 minutes.
