At 2:53pm on Friday, 24 July, we received reports of a road traffic collision on Langley Hill in Tilehurst.

A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Caversham Road Fire Station was sent to the scene.

On arrival, the crew discovered a collision involving two vehicles with one of them leaking oil. Firefighters used granules to absorb the oil on the road and moved the vehicle to a secure location.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 30 minutes before handing over to Thames Valley Police.
