At 5:20pm on Wednesday, 9 September, we received a call from South Central Ambulance Service to reports of a road traffic collision on Drovers Way in Woodley.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Caversham Road fire stations were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews found a collision involving two cars. Crews placed one person in the care of South Central Ambulance Service before making the scene safe and assisting Thames Valley Police.

Crews were on scene for approximately one hour and seven minutes.
