At 3:22pm on Monday, 15 June, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the A404M near Maidenhead.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Maidenhead fire stations were sent to the scene alongside a crew from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.

On arrival, crews discovered a collision involving four vehicles. Firefighters made the scene safe before handing over to National Highways.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 15 minutes.
