At 8:54pm on Thursday, 15 February, we received reports of a road traffic collision on Hangman’s Stone Lane near Welford.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a collision involving two vehicles. Firefighters rescued one person from one of the cars and placed two people in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour and 11 minutes.
