At 7:44am on Tuesday, 12 May, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the eastbound carriageway of the M4 between Junctions 14 and 13.

Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station were sent to the scene, alongside an Officer and a crew from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

On arrival, crews discovered a collision involving three vehicles. Firefighters made the scene safe before handing over to National Highways.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 37 minutes.
