At 3:58pm on Friday, 1 September, we received reports on an incident on the eastbound carriageway of the M4 between junctions 11 and 12.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Newbury Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a collision involving two vehicles. The crew assisted emergency service partners in making the scene safe.
Firefighters were at the scene for approximately 25 minutes.
