At 4:50pm on Wednesday, 1 July, we received a call from Thames Valley Police to reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 westbound between Junctions 8 and 10.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Wokingham fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside one Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found a collision involving two cars. Crews made the scene safe and gave immediate emergency care to two people, before placing them and one other person in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were on scene for approximately 30 minutes.
