At 11:49am on Friday, 25 September, we received a call from South Central Ambulance Service to reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 westbound between Junctions 13 and 14.

One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Newbury Fire Station was sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, the crew found a collision involving one car. The crew made the scene safe, before handing the scene over to National Highways.

They were on scene for approximately 23 minutes.
