At 8:43pm on Tuesday, 12 May, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the northbound carriageway for the A329M near Wokingham.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road, Wokingham Road and Wokingham fire stations were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a collision involving one vehicle. Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one person before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 30 minutes before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.
