At 9:26pm on Monday, 27 March, we were called by Thames Valley Police to reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 between Junction 14 Shefford Woodlands and Junction 13 Chieveley.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station and a crew from Hungerford Community Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a road traffic collision involving one vehicle.
Fortunately, no one was trapped inside the vehicle but crews did provide Immediate Emergency Care to one person before placing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were on the scene for approximately 35 minutes.
