At 11:26am on Wednesday, 23 September, we received reports of a fire on Camden Place in Calcot.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene.

On arrival, crews discovered a bonfire that had spread to a shed. Firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 40 minutes.
