At 5:34pm on Tuesday, 12 May, we received reports of a fire on Upton Court Road in Slough.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene alongside four Officers and a crew from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire involving a wooden outbuilding and surrounding trees. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used three hose reels to extinguish the fire before using a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.

Crews were at the scene for approximately two hours and 15 minutes. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
