At 11:33am on Sunday, 21 June, we received reports of a fire in the open on Berryfield in Slough.

One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Langley Fire Station was sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, the crew found a large fire that had spread to two sheds and a wooden fence. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to put out the fire and make the scene safe.

They were on scene for approximately one hour.
