At 7:48pm on Wednesday, 15 July, we received reports of a fire on School Drive in Woodley.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road and Wokingham Road fire stations were sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire involving a fence and a shed. Firefighter equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 50 minutes.
