At 11:07pm on Thursday, 25 June, we received reports of a vehicle fire near Mortimer Lane in Mortimer.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Whitley Wood Fire Station was sent to the scene, alongside a 4×4 off road vehicle from Mortimer Fire Station.
Upon arrival, crews found one car on fire. They used one hose reel to put out the fire, before informing Thames Valley Police.
Crews were on scene for approximately one hour and seven minutes.
