At 5:47pm on Wednesday, 4 October, we received reports of a fire on Nine Mile Ride in Wokingham.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ascot, Crowthorne and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene alongside an Officer and a Zetros water carrier.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a van on fire. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two main jets and a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Crews were at the scene for approximately two hours and 40 minutes.
