At 12:17pm on Wednesday, 14 June, we received reports of a vehicle fire on the A34 near Speen.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station were sent to the scene of the incident.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a car with a small engine fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.
Crews were on the scene for approximately 28 minutes.
