At 8:29am on Monday, 6 November, we received a call to reports of a vehicle fire on the M4 eastbound between Junction 13 (Chievely) and Junction 12 (Theale).
Two crews from Newbury Fire Station and one crew from Theale Community Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle well alight, so used a hose reel to extinguish the fire. They were on the scene for just under 35 minutes.
