At 12:10pm on Monday, 14 April, we received reports of a vehicle on fire on the A322 in Bracknell.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Bracknell Fire Station was sent to the scene, alongside the Zetros Water Carrier from Bracknell Fire Station and one crew from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.
Upon arrival, crews found one large van on fire, with the fire affecting woodland on either side of the carriageway. Two firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used three hose reels to put out the fire.
They were on scene for approximately one hour and 50 minutes.
