At 10:59am on Tuesday, 10 October, we received a call from Thames Valley Police reporting a vehicle fire on Reading Road in Arborfield.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Whitley Wood Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew found one vehicle on fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using two hose reels, before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.
The crew was on the scene for approximately one hour and three minutes.
