At 2:32am on Thursday, 30 July, we received reports of a fire on Farnham Road in Slough.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene alongside two Officers.

On arrival, crews discovered a rubbish fire had spread to the fascia of a neighbouring building. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used a ladder and one hose reel to extinguish the fire.

Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour before returning later to reinspect the scene.
