At 5:48pm on Thursday, 4 January, we received reports of a flooding incident on the A338 near Shefford Woodlands.
An Officer from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service was sent to the scene alongside a crew from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a property with a flooded ground floor. The crew used a hose reel as a suction hose to pump water from the property.
Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour and 37 minutes.
