At 9:08pm on Thursday, 29 February, we received reports of a vehicle in water on Station Road in Wargrave.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Maidenhead fire stations were sent to the scene alongside crews from Oxfordshire County Council Fire and Rescue Service and a Water Rescue Unit from Caversham Road Fire Station.
Upon arrival, crews discovered four people trapped in a car stuck in floodwater. Firefighters rescued all four people before making the scene safe.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 27 minutes.
