At 4:36pm on Saturday, 6 January, we received reports of an incident on Sanford Lane near Hurst.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Wokingham Road Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered a vehicle stuck in floodwater. Firefighters rescued two people from the vehicle before making the scene safe.
The crew was at the scene for approximately 27 minutes.
