This week marks Armed Forces Week. The week runs from Monday, 23 June until Armed Forces Day, which falls on Saturday, 28 June this year.
Armed Forces Week is a chance to show your support for the Armed Forces community: from currently serving personnel to Service families, veterans and cadets.
There are many ways for people, communities and organisations across the country to show their support and get involved. Go to the Armed Forces Day website to find a list of events local to you.
RBFRS has two more Armed Forces Veterans’ Hubs planned for 2025. These drop-in sessions are open to all veterans, and provides an opportunity for attendees to speak to a range of organisations and charities.
- Friday, 19 September, from 10am to 1pm at Whitley Wood Fire Station
- Monday, 3 November, from 10am to 1pm at Newbury Fire Station
