Bracknell

Bracknell Fire Station

Bracknell Fire Station became operational on 5 October 1966.

It is located on Downshire Way and its strategic position serves the strong population of Bracknell and allows quick access to some of Berkshire’s busiest roads including the M4 and A329(M).

The station is currently crewed by 44 wholetime personnel, who serve both Bracknell and Ascot. Bracknell has two full-time fire appliances, two high volume pumping appliances and an off-road water bowser. In recent years crews from Bracknell have demonstrated their skill and expertise at the Swinley Forest fire of 2011 and the severe flooding of 2014.
