Talk Trauma – Support Services
The RBFRS Talk Trauma initiative is designed to support the wellbeing of our communities by signposting to organisations who specialise in offering support to members of the public who have witnessed or been directly involved in a traumatic incident.
If you’ve experienced something frightening or distressing, it’s completely normal to feel unsettled. These feelings are common and usually ease with time. If these feelings last more than four weeks or begin to affect your daily life, don’t wait – contact your GP or speak to a mental health professional.
