At 12:28am on Monday, 6 January, we received reports of a fire on Odencroft Road in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough, Langley and Maidenhead Fire Stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a tumble dryer on fire. Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to put out the fire, before using a ventilation fan to clear the smoke from the property and making the area safe.
They were on scene for approximately 58 minutes.
