Businesses must ensure that they continue to provide appropriate staff training. 

Review any changes to staff, e.g. any new staff, absence of staff with a key role in fire safety such as fire wardens, the number of staff or lone workers. 

Staff must be trained or updated where any changes may have been made as per your review of the fire risk assessment.

With staff returning to the workplace, they may find that the premises looks different due to COVID-19 measures implemented on-site. Ensure all staff members are provided with appropriate fire safety training to ensure that everyone understands what to do in the event of a fire.
