Gender Pay Gap Report

From March 2018, regulations introduced under the Equality Act 2010 require all public sector organisations and UK companies with 250 or more employees to carry out gender pay gap reporting.  This shows the difference between mean (average) and median (mid-point) earnings of males and females in the workplace.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service publishes its Gender Pay Gap Report each year.  These reports are detailed below.
