Fire in Maidenhead

At 10:12pm on Monday, 15 April, we received reports of a fire at a commercial premise on King Street in Maidenhead.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough, Langley, Maidenhead and Windsor fire stations were sent to the scene, alongside two officers. Crews and an Aerial Appliance from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service were also sent to the scene.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire in an electrical box on the outside of a building. Firefighters evacuated the building before using a hose reel to extinguish the fire.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 53 minutes.
