At 10:45pm on Friday, 12 April, we received reports of a fire on London Road in Newbury.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire in a three-storey building. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used a ladder and three hose reels to extinguish the fire.
Crews were at the scene for approximately three hours before returning the following morning to check for hotspots.
